Booking and Contact


  • Fuzzies Pet Grooming is a home-based, one-on-one grooming salon in South City, Holy Hills The exact address is shared with booked clients.

  • Book online through my scheduling system. You will need proof of Rabies vaccine , a picture of your pet, and deposit that will be applied to your appointment.

  • For the quickest response, please text, email, or book online.
    Phone calls are reserved for existing clients so I can stay focused on pets during appointments.

  • I usually do not answer phone calls from new clients due to the high volume of spam calls and because I stay focused on grooming during appointments.

  • Payment via invoice is preferred. I will send you an invoice via text or email 15 mins from your pet being done. You can pay with your phone. I do accept cash, but I don’t keep change on hand. I also accept check, cash app, and Venmo.

  • Please give at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or may affect future booking availability.

  • Just your pet, in a carrier on on a leash. If your pet has special medical, food, behavioral, or handling needs, please let me know ahead of time.

  • Yes, pets must be current on required vaccinations as outlined in my intake and booking process. All vaccines are recommended. Rabies vaccine is required by law.

  • Please make sure your pet has had a chance to potty before arrival. Let me know ahead of time about any behavior concerns, health issues, recent surgeries, senior needs, or past grooming problems.

Grooming Process


  • Timing depends on your pet’s size, coat condition, behavior, and the service requested. Most pets are done in an hour and a half

  • That depends on the situation. I always prioritize safety, honesty, and your pet’s stress level. Some pets may need shorter appointments, modified services, or veterinary grooming support.

  • Sometimes small tangles can be worked through, but heavy matting often cannot be safely preserved. My priority is your pet’s comfort, not forcing a style that causes pain. Matted pets need to sign a Matted Pet Release every time your pet comes in matted.

  • For safety, insurance rules and to help pets stay focused, I do not allow owners to stay during the appointment. If you happen to see someone coming in, or out, they are personal friends or family.

  • Yes, I often send updates, photos,and a message when your pet is almost ready.
