What to Expect on Appointment Day
Appointments are one-on-one. I’ll come out to you when you arrive — no need to come to the door.
I begin watching for arrivals up to 15 minutes early.
Please send a photo of the haircut or style you want before your appointment. This is the easiest way to ensure we’re on the same page.
I’ll send a text about 15 minutes before your pet is finished.
An invoice will be sent when your pet is almost ready.
Payment is required before pickup.
